aaa star 2011 smallThe Judging Process

 

There are two judging sessions - the first takes place on the 3rd October 2011 and will review all applications so as to produce a short leet of finalists. The second stage of judging takes place on the 4th November 2011, at which the winners of each category will be selected by the judging panel.

 

 

 

Judging Criteria
The criteria the judges look for in applications includes, but is not limited to:

  • Detailed information on the level of success and achievement
  • If the achievement has had an impact on their specific sector
  • Evidence to illustrate achievement
  • Details of how the achievements have reached either a local, national or international audience
  • Future potential
  • The benefits of the success to the local economy/reputation of Angus
  • How your achievements have promoted Angus as a destination to live, work and/or visit

Please note, the Judges decision is final!   

 

The judging panel this year is made up of the following representatives, who between them have a diverse range of knowledge and experience within specific sectors.
