• Entrants must demonstrate strong evidence of how their success has promoted Angus locally, nationally or internationally. 
• Businesses must demonstrate quantifiable evidence of growth and success; specifically % increase in turnover, employee numbers and examples of innovation in either products, support structure or working practices.
