We look forward to inviting you into our charming, Victorian cottage.

Facilities All our rooms come complete with full tea & coffee making facilities, remote controlled colour television, electric shaver socket, trouser press, ironing facilities and hairdryer.

Our family room comprises one double & one single bed. The twin, double and dining rooms are located on the ground floor, whilst the family room and residents’ lounge are on the first floor.

We offer a full traditional Scottish breakfast cooked to your requirements. Included is a selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt & cereals. Continental breakfast is also available.

Relax in our extremely spacious residents’ lounge. For your entertainment there is a colour television and a wide selection of books. There is also an electric organ for those more musically inclined.

Atholl Cottage B & B can be found in the Royal Burgh of Forfar, in the County of Angus. Our house is well situated in a quiet residential area of the town but only a few minutes walk to the main centre and all amenities.

It is also a central location from which to enjoy many activities including shopping, hill-walking in the Angus Glens, golfing, fishing, Glamis Castle and JM Barrie's birthplace. This is but a few.

The market town of Forfar is also lucky to have a wide choice of eating establishments to suit a range of tastes and budget.
