Castleton is a leader in not just Angus but in Scotland as a whole. The excellent service and level of hospitality is recognised with the Gold stars awarded by VisitScotland in both 2008 and 2009. There are 6 beautiful individually decorated bedrooms some with views over the garden. Recently the bathrooms benefitted from upgrades and the bedrooms had Digital TVs installed. Free wi fi access and laptop hire ensure that the demands of a modern traveller are appreciated, but the house maintains it country house ambiance.

Prices & Charges:

Standard Double room £160, for two people on a Bed and breakfast basis, £175 for a superior room and £190 for our 4 poster suite.
Dinner £30 for two courses and £35 for 3 courses, including canapes, an amuse bouche and tea and coffee with homemade petit fours. Great value for exceptional cuisine. All prepared fresh on the premises by talented experienced chefs.

Our stairs are 20 steps high with a small landing break. Every assistan.
