Situated within the full privacy of a walled garden, just off Links Parade beside the courses, and adjacent to the Ladies Golf Club, the cottage is built in the traditional East of Scotland style, and still retains its many original features including its old fireplaces.

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a bunk room with 2 adult-sized bunks, a living room-cum-kitchen with stove, and fridge, breakfast bar and TV. The settee pulls down to form a double bed to accommodate extra family or friends. There is a utility area for your clubs and golfing gear, a newly constructed shower-room and toilet, full electric central heating for the cooler nights, and adequate off-street parking for up to two cars.
