You will find a warm welcome from Samantha and Jules in this comfortable family home.

Located between Arbroath and Montrose. From here you can explore the nearby towns and countryside, the many local golf courses, or if you prefer you can just relax in the peaceful gardens and spacious rooms.

We take enormous pride in our food! You can start each morning with a hearty breakfast, using local produce when it's in season. We can provide an evening meal if you want, and packed lunches if you're trekking.

We have experience with food intolerances (the proprietor is multiply-intolerant) so we can accommodate almost any dietary requirements!

There's plenty of parking available, and a local bus service passes within ¼ mile of the door.
