The Limes Guest House

3 Star B&B RatingThe Limes is a Georgian style house built in 1827. It has been a Guest House since 1976, and is well known both locally, nationally and abroad, with many visitors returning year after year. Major refurbishment has been carried out in recent years.

We took over The Limes Guest House in August 2006, after having owned and run Fairfield Guest House also in Montrose for the previous 15 years.

The large resident's lounge is warm and inviting where you can make use of television, video recorder and DVD player. There is also a selection of board games and books for your use. If you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden there is a conservatory where you can relax with your book.

We look forward to welcoming you to our guest house.
