The Old Vicarage, Arbroath Loris and Mike welcome you to their home The Old Vicarage B & B which is an imposing Victorian house (former manse) situated in a quiet residential area yet only a few minutes walk from town centre and restaurants, pubs, harbour, marina, theatres, abbey, beach and Seaton cliffs.

Accommodation is all en-suite, off street parking is also available.
Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with antiques. Upper floor guest bedrooms consist of two double rooms and one twin room.
All rooms have full en-suite facilities, with a delightful view of Arbroath Abbey available.
All rooms have TV and coffee/tea making facilities
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. Complimentary fruit juice and biscuits are also provided.
Breakfast comprises of unlimited fruit juices, cereals, tea and coffee.
A traditional Scottish cooked breakfast made with local produce is available and very popular. For something different, why not try the world famous Arbroath Smokie hot with butter.
If a lighter breakfast is required, pancakes and croissants are available.
