This charming holiday cottage is located on a working farm with horse livery facilities.  It is situated in the country yet within a few minutes from the main A92 trunk road.  Only 4 miles away is the town of Montrose, set on a spectacular tidal basin, and the creamy sands of Lunan Bay. The area is a mecca for golfers, with Carnoustie's World Famous Old Course a little over 15 miles away.

The cottage can sleep six in 3 bedrooms.  It has been furnished and decorated to the highest standard, and is finished off with personal touches to make it more welcoming.  The cottage consists of a Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, and a bathroom with shower, plus the 3 bedrooms.

Services include: TV, video, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, ample off road parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. Nearest shops, pubs and restaurants are 4 miles away.
