Today it is a welcoming town centre hotel with 9 newly decorated bedrooms, all en- suite with plasma televisions and wi - fi connectivity, a lively lounge bar and a separate function suite catering for up to 100.

Troopers Bar is open seven days a week and is a free house serving a wide selection of draught beers including Tennents Lager, Stella Artois, Guinness, Bellhaven Best and Strongbow Cider, we also offer a full range of bottled beers and spirits.

Food is available every day from 12 noon till 2 pm and 5 pm-7 pm, we offer a selection of sandwiches, toasted panini's , snacks etc as well as pub favourites such as steak pie fresh battered north sea haddock, chicken fajitas and lasagne etc.

Troopers is a lively venue for a fun night out, Thursday its billy's karaoke disco , most Friday nights we have a live band and Saturdays there is a choice of 20000 music tracks past and present from our digital juke box

Sport lovers are also catered for as we have 3 large plasma screens showing live football, rugby, golf etc from sky and espn.

Colours Function Room is a self contained room with dance floor, seating 90, Colours Function Room has its own separate entrance and is available for any type of private function.We cater for private parties, private dinners, bus party meals, exhibitions, funeral teas etc.In fact you name it we will cater for it.

Colours can be hired for your private party for only £95.00 this includes a Karaoke/Disco with professional DJ up until 1.00am.
