Glens & Valleys;Forests & Woods;Lochs, Rivers & Waterfalls;Picnic & Beauty Spots;Other Natural Attractions

The Angus Millennium Forest plantings were created as part of the national initiative to encourage people to use and take pleasure from woodlands, and the Council have made an interconnecting network of way marked, sign-posted paths which link with other path and cycle way projects, and the proposed Angus Coastal walkway.

Angus is also blessed with many natural areas of beautiful woodland all over the county, from which visitors, walkers and families get great enjoyment.

Please remember the Countryside Access Code when walking anywhere, and remember to keep pets under control.
