A range of hills in Perth and Kinross and Angus Council Areas, the Sidlaw hills extend north-eastwards to Forfar from Kinnoull Hill near Perth.

The Sidlaws separate the valley of Strathmore from the Carse of Gowrie and the Firth of Tay, and rise to 455m (1,492 feet) at Craigowl Hill to the south of Glamis.
