The 'sweet cream' method of churning butter specially employed by the North Street Dairy in Forfar, has been highlighted in the food section of 'The Times' newspaper.
The family-run business, whose promotional tagline is 'From Cow to Cuppa in 24 Hours', makes natural-tasting, homemade butter that is free from additives.
The dairy has used the 'sweet cream' method (popular in the UK and the US) of butter churning since 1980, and plans to keep using this traditional method as the family business enters its fifth generation of producing top quality dairy products.
