Par Excellence Global - What do we do?

We facilitate business improvement specifically to golf service providers.This is done by a process of self-evaluation against a range of quality standards and then by setting strategic goals, which leads to world-class improvement.

Scotland - the spiritual home of golf - and it's golf tourism industry is worth well over £100 million every year.This is set to grow and has been identified as one of the key sectors as part of the projected 50% growth in Scottish tourism by 2015.

However in a shift to meet increasing customer expectations, the Scottish Executive's recent  "Tourism Framework for Change" outlined;

"Our enduring philosophy must be to exceed our visitor expectations"

Par Excellence Global has developed a range of products and services specifically for the golf tourism industry, to meet and overcome these challenges. Our philosophy has 3 key principles:

PEG Process

We enable our clients to install their own Circle of Excellence.

To achieve this we employ the Par Excellence Global (PEG) Business Improvement process based on the principles of Now, Where and How. Only by defining the current position of the business (Now) can managers ever hope to achieve measurable improvement based on realistic goals (Where). Once the vision is known and written down we help them create action plans that are time-bound, measurable and assigned to individuals (How).
