Crombie

Nursery, Primary and Secondary classes are welcome all year.  Countryside Rangers are available to lead fieldwork activities and visit schools where teachers can discuss ideas for projects.

 

Community

Groups and individuals are regularly involved with the Rangers in conservation projects, orienteering or badge work.  The Rangers are happy to visit organisations and give illustrated talks.

 

Ranger Service

We are available for information and advice.  Drop in to the visitor centre where there are leaflets on many topics.  Drinks are available from the vending machine.

 

Events
View the events online or pick up our annual Diary of Events which lists activities for all ages such as crafts and guided walks. During school holidays we run environmental fun days for children.

Please telephone the Ranger Service to discuss your plans and requirements prior to booking.

The Ranger Centre is open between:

  • 9am – 5pm, March to October;
  • 9am – 4.30pm, November, December, January and February;
  • Weekends only, 9am – 9pm, approx. May – August.
