A sports centre located in a former quarry, Auchterhouse Country Sports lies a mile (1.5 km) northwest of Auchterhouse in S Angus. The centre provides a range of outdoor sporting activities, including clay-pigeon shooting, archery, off-road driving, fishing, flying birds of prey and driving a dog team. The site includes hospitality facilities for individuals and corporate events.
