The Forbes of Kingennie country house, fishery and holiday estate is situated in beautiful Angus countryside on Scotland's picturesque East coast just a few miles from the city of Dundee.

The Country House is beautifully presented and encompasses our stunning three pool aquarium and the opportunity to purchase locally grown Scottish produce together with a terrific range of fishing gear, outdoor clothing, malt whiskies and gift ideas.

Within the Country House resides the Waterside Restaurant, which serves a wide range of mouth watering fresh local produce and good old fashioned home baking. The centre-piece of the restaurant is a stunning two pool freshwater aquarium, which contains eight species of trout along with carp, roach and bream and is a great source of information and enjoyment for children and budding fishermen.

The new Cairn o'Mount bar is open 7 days. Situated beside the Waterside Restaurant, serving a wide range of Beers, spirits and snacks

Forbes of Kingennie also has on site the renowned Kingennie Fishings, providing the very best in trout and coarse fishing for beginners and experts alike. (Bankside Pool Now Open)
