Montrose Shotokan Karate is a family orientated club, most adult members train with their young relations. We train in Montrose Sport Centre on Mondays and Thursdays from 7pm –9pm.

Our ratio of qualified instructors is as follows:

Chief Instructor, 3rd Dan, Level 2 coach;
Child Protection Officer 3rd Dan, Level 2 coach;
Assistant instructor, 2nd Dan, Level 1 Coach.

We have achieved Gold in the Angus Club Excellence Award, run in conjunction with Angus Council and Angus Sports Council. Montrose Shotokan Karate is an independent club and is affiliated to Angus Sports Council.
