Corrie Fee
Moderate;Under 12km;Nature/Country route

The path through the forest continues to where there is a viewpoint that gives you a breathtaking view of the corrie gouged out by glaciers thousands of years ago.  This is a National Nature Reserve, (NNR), with a large number of rare plants as well as the chance of seeing eagle or other birds of prey circling in the sky.  You can continue into the corrie a bit, but the return is by the same route.  The path goes on up to the top of the corrie but it is very steep and leads onto an open plateau.  This is a route best left alone unless you are experienced and equipped.
