Angus Council manages a range of modern business premises and serviced employment land, including over 315,000 sq ft of workshops, offices and warehouses, and development plots in each of the county's main towns.

The Council's Economic Development division also provides a single point of contact for land and property enqueries, and supports private sector development activity through joint work with partner agencies such as Scottish Enterprise, marketing initiatives and research.
