In a unique joint venture, Angus Council and the Muir Group have

developed a new £2.5 million business park on the outskirts of Forfar, creating 28 hectares/ 69 acres of serviced land adjacent to the A90 dual carriageway.

Plots are available for high quality office and business premises. A plot is also reserved for a hotel / travel lodge development.

The Park is already taking shape, with Angus Council having developed a prestigious campus for its HQ, Social Work and Housing departments, while theGuide Dogs for the Blind Association has moved in to a new £5 million training complex.
