Employer Event:
Curriculum for Excellence - What does this mean for you?

On 27th March 2012 a partnership event was held entitled 'Curriculum for Excellence - What does this mean for you?'.

The programme for the event was informed through consultation and feedback with a wide range of employers.

As such, this working lunch provided the opportunity to share with employers and the wider business community how the curriculum is changing in Angus schools to support the development of skills for learning, life and work.

It built people's knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence, shared progress on the implementation of this new curriculum in Angus schools and provided information about imminent changes to qualifications.

It also showcased the potential to add value and relevance through partnership working, which generated some fantastic discussion around future support and how partnerships between schools, employers and the wider business community can be further developed and sustained in the future.
