The Angus Loan Fund offers cost-effective finance for businesses to develop and expand. The Angus Loan Fund is administered for Angus Council by Business Gateway Angus.
The Angus Grant Scheme provides grant assistance of up to £5,000 for companies with less than 25 employees. Angus Grants Scheme is aimed at businesses in the manufacturing, business services, tourism and information technology sectors, however, other business may be eligible if they meet the required criteria.
We have a few development opportunities still remaining on Arbroath Enterprise Park which qualify for 100% offset of development costs against tax liabilities.

The Angus Council Vocational Training Fund aims to offer vocational training opportunities to the people of Angus without duplicating existing provision. In terms of company staff development applications are welcomed to cover a variety of training costs up to a maximum of £10,000 per grant awarded, £1,000 per employee and up to a maximum of 50% of the actual cost.
