Prize Draw Terms and conditions

• This prize is for the winner draw from entries completed in June 2011.
• The competition is open to those who complete the Carnoustie Shopping Survey.
• Contact information provided by the entrants will be used to inform future planning of tourism initiatives and for no other purpose, unless the entrant has agreed to receive further information from angusahead.com.
• Minimum age for competition entrants is 18.
• The winner will be contacted before we make any announcement/publicity about the winners.
• Only one entry per household will be accepted.
• Employees of Angus Council, its agents and their immediate families may not take part.
• The winner will be selected at random, and will be notified within 5 working days of the draw date.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner's name and location will be published online at www.angusahead.com.
• The Promoters decision shall be final.
• The Promoter is Carnoustie Business Association.
