Getting a job needn’t be a lottery. The Steps to Success project aims to improve the confidence, skills and employability of economically inactive residents of Angus through a programme of group work, activities and individual support. The Steps to Success project aims to engage with individuals who are furthest away from the labour market and not engaging in relevant support services. It will provide a wrap around service which brings together a network of organisations that focus on the individual barriers experienced by inactive residents of Angus, helping them progress into employment, training, further education or volunteering.
