Angus is a place where community and family life are strongly encouraged, and the support exists in the community to allow families to feel safe and part of a larger community.

Angus Council works with the community to improve community services and family life in Angus. The needs and aspirations of the community include improved services for Services for Children and Older People, services for People with Disabilities and services for Rural Communities.

Through initiatives focusing on Youth Programmes care and residential services, leisure, transport, counselling, charities and organisations, clubs and societies and places of worship, communities in Angus will enjoy better health, social, economic and environmental wellbeing.
