Learn English for Free!

If you would like to learn English for free, then there are language classes that take place all through the year in Angus. These classes are held in Arbroath, Brechin, Carnoustie, Forfar and Montrose.

To download an information sheet for these free English classes, just click on the names of the towns listed below:

  • Arbroath - The Learning Shop, 20 West Port, Arbroath; every Tuesday, 7pm - 9pm.
  • Brechin - Damacre Centre, Damacre Road, Brechin, DD9 6DU; every Monday, 7:30pm - 9:30pm. 
  • Carnoustie - Carnoustie Library, 21 High Street, Carnoustie, DD7 6AN; every Wednesday 7pm to 9pm.
  • Forfar - Number 1 For Youth Building, 1/3 East High Street, Forfar, DD8 1BD; every Thursday 7pm - 9pm. 
  • Montrose - Montrose Academy, Academy Square, Montrose, DD10 8HU; every Wednesday 7pm - 9pm.
  • Kirriemuir - Fairlie House, Kirktonhill, Kirriemuir, DD8 4HU; every Monday, 10-30am - 12-30pm.
