4. infringes anyone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights, contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Where angusahead.com provides access to a discussion group or forum, the content of such group will be the responsibility of the person posting that content to the group. Angus Council reserves the right but is not obliged to monitor and/or moderate the content of such postings.

You acknowledge that postings to such discussion groups are public and not private. You are advised against disclosing any personally identifying information on such groups.

Angus Council reserves the right to edit, remove or refuse to post any content that in the opinion of Angus Council violates or is likely to violate any of these conditions.

Angus Council reserves the right to refuse permission for any person to access and/or use angusahead.com and any or all of the facilities made available through angusahead.com at any time.

You agree to indemnify Angus Council and its members, officers and employees from and against any claims actions or demands resulting from your posting or uploading any materials or content to angusahead.com in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
