These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include any other policies, provisions or rules contained or referred to on angusahead.com including but not limited to the terms relating to Copyright, Privacy, Cookies, Competitions & Promotions, (including any additional Competition or Promotion Rules applicable to any specific competition or promotion that may be issued from time to time) and the Disclaimer.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Such bodies or agencies shall include but shall not be limited to visitscotland; NHS Tayside; Tayside Police; Communities Scotland; Scottish Enterprise Tayside and the Angus Association of Voluntary Organisations or other Third Parties selected by Angus Council from time to time for marketing purposes or to make you aware of additional services, facilities, offers or promotions which Angus Council considers may be of interest to you.
We may pass your personal information to another Angus Ahead Partner only if you have indicated your consent to do so.
If you choose to register for any facility or other service on offer, any details you provide will be stored for use on future visits, as we do not want you to ask you for the same information more than once.
You may ask for a copy of any information that we hold about you at any time. We will correct any information that is incorrect as soon as is reasonably practicable.
You may unsubscribe from any newsletter or information provision service for which you have registered at any time by contacting us through the Update My Details and e Newsletter Subscription pages.
Angus Council may provide site usage statistics and share general information about the Site's traffic patterns and related site information to third parties but any such information shall include no personally identifying information.
