Unique Finds

Local craft makers and potters,gift shops and galleries offer a plethora of lovely things to take home, and of course, Carnoustie has some excellent golf suppliers.

There are also larger gift centres such as the Angus Gateway in Monifieth to sample a selection of local gifts and produce. There is also a visitor centre to enjoy. And you can nip into Dobbies for a gardening experience.

Angus Farmers Market

The Angus Farmers Market is held on the second Saturday of each month the at Myre Park in Forfar. Quality local produce can be sampled and bought from the bread basket of Scotland. Angus is blessed with an excellent micro-climate which makes our local produce exceptional. Come and see for yourself - we are proud of the excellent quality of our food!

Montrose Farmers Market

The Montrose Farmers Market is held on the first Saturday of each month in the Town House Car Park, Montrose, and is very well advertised.  It is well organised and has a tremendous choice, including Arbroath Smokies being smoked on the spot - great for the visiting holiday-maker!
