Summer in Angus Competition

Summer Competition – Promoted by Angus Council Economic Development and Environmental & Consumer Protection Department

Rules

  1. The prize of a VIP day trip to 3 key tourist attractions in Angus is for 2 adults or family of 2 adults + 2 children.
  2. Competition is open to those who sign up to the competition on www.angusahead.com/summer
  3. Contact information provided by the entrants, will be used to inform future planning of tourism initiatives and for no other purpose.
  4. Winners have to transport themselves between venues.
  5. No purchase of any kind is necessary.
  6. Minimum age for entrants is 18.
  7. The winner will be contacted before we make any announcement/publicity about the winners
  8. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
  9. Employees of Angus Council, its agents and their immediate families may not take part.
  10. The closing date for submitting competition entries is Thursday 23 September.
  11. Draw will take place on Monday, 27 September 2010. The winner will be selected at random, and will be notified within 5 working days of the draw date. The promoter's decision is final.
  12. The prize activity will be available for uptake between 4 October and 17 December 2010, and is subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered.
  13. The winner's name andlocation will be published online at www.angusahead.com
  14. Angus Council may make an alternative prize available if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The Promoter's decision shall be final.
  15. The Promoter is Angus Council, Economic Development and Environmental & Consumer Protection Department, County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar, Angus DD8 3WD.
