Angus Glens Walking FestivalThe 2012 Angus Glens Walking Festival will take place between Thursday 31st May and Sunday 3rd June.  The evening events for 2012 festival are designed to allow walkers to relax and socialise with fellow walkers from around the world.

Informative talk on the Galapagos Islands by Graham Christer

This year's Walkers' Welcome event comprised an opportunity to both socialise and listen to the interesting wildlife of the Galapogos Islands by Angus Countyside Ranger, Graham Christer.

Friday's Evening Event:

A Taste of Angus - a celebration of Angus food, drink & culture 
In addition to experiencing the hills, glens and coastline of Angus, this evening allowes walkers to immerse themselves further into Angus culture with samples of food & drink while being entertained by local Angus talent.

Saturday's Evening Event: 

Ceilidh and BBQ
"If it aint broke, don't fix it", which is exactly why the popular Saturday night Ceilidh Supper is still on the list of evening events. With music by the Rosely Ceilidh Band, this evening is one not to be missed!
