Free Prize Draw - Promoted by Angus Council Economic Development Department

Rules

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Minimum age 18.
3. No cash alternative will be offered.
4. 2 nights stay at Park House Bed & Breakfast subject to availability, to be taken before 1 April 2010, and is based on 2 people sharing on a Bed & Breakfast basis. 
5. Participants who opt out of marketing are still eligible for the draw.
6. Participants may not submit multiple entries.
7. Employees of Angus Council, its agents and their immediate families may not take part.
8. Draw will take place on Monday 31 August 2009. The winner will be selected at random, and will be notified within 5 working days of the draw date.
9. The winner's name and location will be published online at www.angusahead.com.
10. Angus Council may make an alternative prize available if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The Promoter's decision shall be final.
11. The Promoter is Angus Council, Economic Development Department, County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar, Angus DD8 3WD.
